When you use the Natural Helper Discovery Assessment, we may collect:

• Your assessment answers
• Your assessment results and the growth path you select

We collect this information so we can generate your personalised report, deliver it to you, keep a record of your progress, and — where you have asked for it — follow up with relevant guidance about your development journey.

Your answers are used to produce your report and journey recommendation. We may also review information in aggregated, de-identified form to improve the questions, the report library and the overall experience. We do not use your individual answers to make judgements about you beyond the educational purpose of the assessment.

If you provide your email address or mobile number and consent to being contacted, we may send you your report, related resources, invitations and programme information by email or WhatsApp. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any message or writing to us at the address below, and we will stop sending you these communications.

Your information is stored on secured, access-controlled cloud infrastructure and is transmitted over encrypted connections. Access is limited to authorised Mind Village Institute team members who need it to operate the assessment and support you. We retain your information only for as long as it is needed for these purposes.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it for third-party advertising.

We use essential browser storage to save your progress through the assessment so you do not lose your answers. We may also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the pages are used — for example how many people start and complete the assessment. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

We use trusted service providers to operate the assessment, including cloud hosting and database services, email delivery services, and WhatsApp for messaging where you have consented. These providers process information on our behalf and under their own security and privacy obligations.
