The assessment, its questions and its reports are provided for personal development and educational purposes only. They are not a psychological diagnosis, a medical assessment, or a substitute for professional mental-health, medical, legal or financial advice.

We make no guarantee of any professional, financial, medical or psychological outcome from taking the assessment or following any recommendation in your report. Any decisions you make based on your results remain your own responsibility.

Your report is generated from the answers you provide. If your answers are incomplete, rushed or inaccurate, your results will reflect that. The assessment describes patterns and tendencies, not fixed traits.

The assessment framework, questions, scoring logic, report modules, written content, designs, brand names and marks — including Mind Village Institute and the Decoding Humanity Movement — are owned by Mind Village Institute and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use your own report for your personal development. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, resell, licence, distribute, translate, adapt or create derivative works from the assessment or its content, or use it for commercial training or coaching purposes, without our prior written permission.

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the assessment only for lawful purposes, not to attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to the service, and not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive or infringing.

Our pages may link to external websites and use third-party services to operate the assessment. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind Village Institute and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the assessment or reliance on its results.

We may update, improve or discontinue parts of the assessment, and we may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always shown on this page with its last updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
